David is a graduate of Auburn University. William "Chip" McCulloch, Highland Chief Operating Officer and Partner, began his career in wireless communications with Motorola in 1995 where he met David Terman. He has worked with David ever since. In his role as Spectrum Acquisitions Manager at Champion, Chip built 800 MHz Motorola Privacy Plus Systems subsequently sold to Nextel Communications.
