Hereford College of Arts is a dedicated arts college with a specialist focus on art, media, design, popular music and performing arts. We have a mission to empower creativity and enrich our world through transformative arts education. The curriculum includes undergraduate and postgraduate degrees alongside a range of pre-degree college level courses and a wide ranging short course programme. \n\nStaff and students are part of a dynamic creative community. Students are empowered with skills for life and work, to succeed in education, employment and entrepreneurship, and to have a positive impact on the world. \n\nKey to the HCA experience is engaging with other creative in a unique, collaborative atmosphere. Our technical facilities include exceptional access to specialist workshops in textiles, 3D fabrication, print, ceramics, small metals, arts, practice and recording studios, and a full-functioning ‘black-box’ style performing arts theatre. Inspiring staff encourage students to be daring, brave and inventive, and help them each to discover their creative voice.\n\nIn 2017, HCA was awarded Silver by the TEF Panel, which judged that the College delivers high quality teaching, learning, and outcomes for its students.
