Our goal is to offer quality care and personalized attention for individuals who self-direct their services.\r\n\r\nWe Provide:\r\n\r\nMedicaid Billing Services\r\n\r\n MR/DD, TA, TBI, PD and FE Waviers (Medicaid)\r\n Personal Attendant Services\r\n Respite Providers\r\n Overnight Respite Services\r\n\r\n Payroll Management Services\r\n\r\n Witholding and paying all State and Federal Payroll Taxes (SUTA,FUTA,FICA)\r\n Paying Workers’ Compensation Insurance\r\n Issuing Paychecks and Direct Deposit of funds\r\n\r\n Human Resources and Information and Assistance (I&A) Services\r\n\r\n Our full-time recruiting team is here to assist with staffing needs.\r\n We provide families with basic skills training for recruiting, managing and terminating Direct Support Workers.\r\n Comprehensive backgrounds are completed on all Direct Support Workers at no cost to the client.\r\n We ensure access to training and certifications as needed for Direct Support Workers.\r\n We provide individual-centered planning for families to meet the needs of each client.
