The company runs three cement plants in Kaspi (1) and Rustavi (2), as well as a cement grinding mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa, and is Georgia’s sole clinker manufacturer. The cement business is supported by a strong network of 15 ready-mixed concrete plants. Sand and aggregates for the concrete is partly supplied by two own aggregate pits.
