Nutrition counseling may be offered for individuals or groups to meet the needs of our clients. Culinary instruction is also available with our Certified Chef on staff. We are located in the heart of historic, downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire in the Abraham Shaw House, nearby the Music Hall and right next door to the Rockingham building and TD Bank.
