Our services include web panels, survey programming and hosting, as well as CATI/multimode, and various qualitative services. Our size and focus allow us to be nimble and flexible, resulting in quicker, more cost-efficient services. Our industry experience is broad, ranging from the financial industry to the fast food industry and most industries in between. Our team has represented the top research firms of the world for over 15 years. We currently work with 17 of the top 50 research companies in the world and over 35 smaller boutique companies. Last year we conducted over 415,000 surveys with half of those tracking research. Including over 85,000 CSAT/NPS surveys. Our programmers are experts at programming conjoint analysis, max differ and discrete choice surveys. All of our CATI stations are equipped with high speed Internet to connect to our clients servers or to one of our internal software packages.
