Harbour Cancer & Wellness is a leading cancer treatment centre located on Auckland’s North Shore and Newmarket. \n\nOur leading team of Oncologists, with combined expertise of over 50 years, continue to provide personalised, empathetic care and treatment for cancer patients, every step of the way and integrate cutting edge treatment, prescribed exercise and supportive therapies for people with cancer.\n\nCutting Edge Treatments\nOur oncology specialists provide cancer treatment across all tumour streams including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, hormonal treatment and genetic counselling. The medical team includes two clinical haematologists, and our skilled nursing team provide infusions in the purpose-built daystay facility.\n\nPharmaceutical Guidance\nHarbour’s in-house pharmacists provide expert knowledge of pharmaceutical treatments, as well as information and education on complementary and alternative medicine.\n\nPaxman Scalp-Cooling for Hair Loss\nWe use the Paxman Scalp-Cooling system to help retain hair during chemotherapy treatment. \n\nOn-site Wellness Services \nOur wellness services support completion of chemotherapy treatment and improve quality of life and rehabilitation across all stages of treatment. Prescribed exercise treatment is considered the gold standard of cancer care. \n\nThe oncology physiotherapy team provides individual treatment and group sessions at the Wellness Centre gym. The Wellness Centre also includes lymphoedema treatment, massage therapy, acupuncture, dietetics and psychological support.\n\nWe welcome referrals to the Wellness Centre for patients at any stage of their treatment, including post-treatment.
