What Is HOPICS?

Homeless Outreach Program, Integrated Care System, A Division of Special Services for Groups or HOPICS is a multi-service agency that strengthens households in Service Planning Area 6 (SPA 6) in Los Angeles County. We host a comprehensive menu of services that affect multiple pieces of the continuum of care.
