You will find our gyms welcoming with a no-judgements policy, in fact nearly half of our members are first time gym users who are only just starting on their health and fitness journey. We are here to make a difference and through GymNation we want to make sure everybody in the UAE has an affordable and welcoming gym option – that's why we call ourselves THE PEOPLE'S GYM. Despite offering gym memberships at almost a 1/3rd of the rest of UAE gyms, we do not compromise on quality. GymNation operate out of some of the largest gym facilities in the UAE, have over 500 pieces of state of the art Matrix gym equipment and offer 200 classes per month all FREE of charge. We also include virtual, on-demand, classes into our offering so you can do a class at any time of day in our virtual studio – perfect for those who work unconventional hours or enjoy training late at night.
