The mission of the Greater Phoenix Urban League (GPUL) is to equip the disadvantaged with tools to achieve economic and social equality. This mission is realized through relevant programs in child development, college preparation, job readiness, housing, and small business support. The GPUL implements its mission through advocacy, bridge building, program services and research.
