GlobalConnect is a leading provider of fibre-based data communications and data center services in Northern Europe. The group owns 42,000 kilometre fibre network and 18,000 sqm high-security data centre space, offering end-to-end connectivity and related hosting and cloud-based IT solutions. GlobalConnect has 24,000 customers and operates mainly in the B2B sector, covering all segments from small businesses to public sector and multinational enterprises. In Norway, services are also delivered to the consumer market via the wholly owned brand Homenet. Owned by EQT Infrastructure, GlobalConnect has launched an ambitious growth strategy, which includes investments in new infrastructure, data centres, collaboration solutions, intelligent automation and security solutions.
