Girls in Global (GiG) is a platform dedicated to empowering and championing women in the field of international affairs, while highlighting their unique contributions to diplomacy, negotiations, and global leadership. We aim to create an ecosystem that enhances women's participation, representation, and influence in shaping international policies. It's time for women's voices to be heard on the global stage. Through our advocacy efforts, we aim to influence policies and institutions to ensure that women's voices are always part of the conversation. Girls in Global is not just about acknowledging the status quo. We're here to challenge it. Our platform fosters innovation in the field, encouraging fresh perspectives, and pioneering solutions to global challenges. Our work is grounded in principles and values of social justice, anti-racism and equality. We apply an intersectional lens to our work, recognising overlapping systems of oppression that affect women, and are committed to strengthening participation of women, people of color, LGBTQ+ people, people with health conditions and impairment, and neuro divergent people.
