Genetics & IVF Institute, Inc (GIVF) is a privately owned, diversified international reproductive sciences company. Founded in 1984, GIVF was the first outpatient fertility center in the United States. GIVF's infertility clinic, prenatal genetics clinic and diagnostics labs as well as its corporate headquarters are located Fairfax, VA. GIVF also owns and operates Fairfax Cryobank and Fairfax EggBank, making it one of world's largest providers of frozen donor oocytes. The company expanded into China in 1998 and Shanghai Ji Ai, its joint venture with the prestigious Fudan University, is one of the largest infertility and genetics clinics in China. GIVF also operates laboratories in Mexico and offers services in Switzerland, Malaysia and Cyprus.
