Whether we are working with people who are returning to work, changing career, progressing in their role or starting work for the very first time, we ensure that all of our learners have the skills, confidence and motivation to be successful and bring added value to their employer.\n\nThe funding for our programmes is made available via the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and the European Social Fund (ESF). The Education and Skills Funding Agency is responsible for improving the skills of England’s young people and adults to ensure we have a workforce of world-class standard. The European Social Fund supports employment and promotes economic and social cohesion.
