Furnichannel was founded in April 2017 with the aim of supporting companies in the furniture and design world in their digital transformation. In particular, the goal is to help the brand to intercept the Customer Journey of customers in an increasingly omni-channel world, and to do this becomes essential the need to manage all digital and physical touch-points in a coordinated manner.
