Fugees Family Revenue and Competitors

Fugees Family, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 2006 that significantly improves educational outcomes for refugee learners while helping them and their families rebuild their lives. We are three academies located in Clarkston, GA; Columbus, OH; and starting in 2020-2021 in Cleveland, OH. In total, these campuses support almost 300 refugee students from 6th-12th grades who came from 40 different countries and speak over 45 languages. We build on the power of soccer and a team-based approach to offer our students the support and structure they need to realize their potential. We are the only school network in the world dedicated to refugee education. We believe refugee youth require focused support in order to succeed, from their English language acquisition to social and emotional development. Our approach yields results: almost 100% of our students graduate on time versus the national average of 68%; their test scores and matriculation in higher education or vocational training also consistently outperform their peers in public schools.
