We are a woman-founded, woman-run business, founded in 2015 by Anjelika Alkhasyan. We serve companies across the US and Canada, providing IT services - App and Software Development, Engineering, Call Center, Dispatching, Business Telecommunication, and other business services in English, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and other popular languages. Today, our company has more than 50 employees connected to 7 different departments: Customer Support, Call Center, Marketing and Sales, IT Development and Engineering, Dispatching, Billing and Bookkeeping. We serve more than 30 000 minutes of phone calls every day and have been developing our own proprietary telecommunication cloud platform.
