Fromm Electric was founded in 1958 in a converted row home in Reading, Pennsylvania with four employees. In 1961, company President Bernie Fromm moved the company to Fourth & Elm Streets downtown, and finally, in 1974 Fromm built his Corporate Headquarters at 2101 Centre Avenue, Reading, PA. Forty years later, Fromm boasts seven branch locations in Pottstown, Lebanon, Souderton, Allentown, Schuylkill Haven, Harrisburg and most recently Scranton. With over 130 employees, Fromm Electric is by far the largest electric supply company in the region.
