Frank Seta & Associates (FSA) is a building envelope consulting firm. With more than 34 years of experience in building envelope consulting, FSA has established itself in the NYC metro area. As of today, we have provided consultation services for projects in excess of several million square feet in the north east United States. At the present time, FSA is engaged in several landmark projects such as Essex Crossing Complex, Maiden Lane Condominium, City Point Tower, Jackson Avenue Residential Towers, Fulton Tower and Rosslyn Place in VA. FSA has an opening for a Building Envelope Consultant position to join our New York headquarters. Qualified candidates will inspect, assess, and prepare findings for a building. As a consultant, you work closely with the design team as “eyes-in-the-field” to ensure quality and integrity of the building envelope and also review progress of construction, as it relates to the building envelope, and report deficiencies against approved contract documents. Time between office and field is generally 50/50.
