We find positions that pay legal award wages and offer full conditions, we help our job-seeker clients to get the training to do those jobs and we provide ongoing support in those jobs where it is needed. Our service is free. We also help both employees and employers when problems arise because an existing illness, injury or disability has worsened and is putting a job into jeopardy. This includes job redesign and workplace modifications, all of which are free to the employer and their staff member. We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation, headquartered in Bunbury Western Australia and we provide service through our offices in Armadale, Bridgetown, Bunbury, Busselton, Collie, Esperance, Kalgoorlie, Mandurah, Manjimup, Margaret River, Narrogin and Rockingham. We also provide regular outreach services to a number of other towns and communities.
