Fisher Tank Company is a privately held corporation that was started in 1948, and incorporated in 1951 in the state of Pennsylvania. Joseph B. Fisher worked as a field foreman for 25 years, erecting and repairing aboveground storage tanks, before starting our company. Mr. Fisher surrounded himself with hand-picked, dedicated employees who supported his business philosophy of integrity, quality and service to the customer. Today, the philosophy and standards that Mr. Fisher and his team established are still maintained through personnel who have as much longevity as the tanks we've built. Many of our foremen, supervisors, field crew members, and managers have been with the company for 30 years or longer. Their years of accumulated knowledge are passed on to you in the form of better design, more efficient production, improved quality, faster job completion, and of course, lower costs. It's no wonder that we are still growing and thriving! Though still a Small Business Enterprise, Fisher Tank Company has evolved over the years, keeping up with technological advances and really focusing on what the customer wants and needs. From our early start in the Northeast, to growth in the South, Midwest, and out past the Mississippi River, to work overseas, we go where our customers need us. Throughout our history, Fisher Tank Company has always been a privately held corporation. In 1997 an Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) was formed, which made each and every employee, at all levels of the company, an employee owner. What does this mean for our customers?
