Expressions Music Academy is a private music school dedicated to providing music lessons for students of all ages and levels of experience. Expressions' educational approach is founded in individual private lessons in piano, voice, violin, viola, cello, guitar, clarinet, oboe, flute, saxophone, trumpet, french horn, tuba, and percussion. The private lesson program is enhanced with monthly Studio Classes, the Black Belt Achievement program, testing and competition opportunities, an interactive Music and iPad Lab, regular recitals, an original Music Appreciation program, a Student of the Month program, formal student evaluations, and more! Expressions also offers show choir classes accommodating ages 5 through adult and the nationally recognized Music Together early childhood music and movement program. Expressions Music Academy was founded in 2010 by 24-year old piano teacher, Jessica Schatz, and has quickly grown to over 400 students and 26 teachers. Expressions has established a reputation of excellence throughout Novi and the surrounding cities and plans to expand into multiple locations in the near future.
