History and Mission Established in 2011, the Evanston Police and Fire Foundation (EPFF) is a community group comprised of Evanston residents and community members committed to ensuring the successful delivery of public safety across Evanston. The Evanston Police and Fire Foundation is dedicated to providing the Evanston Police and Fire Departments with the supplemental resources needed to enhance the quality of life of all Evanston residents and community members.
