Although we may pursue our initial business combination in any business, industry or geographic location, the company plans to take a differentiated approach compared to the recent plethora of broadly focused, special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) issuances by focusing its initial business combination search in the ecommerce sector, specifically companies offering direct-to-consumer products and services to customers globally.
