ET&SM was created to: • establish an integrated global IT capability aimed at effectively steering the delivery of digital assets across the ERGO Group • bundle the existing technology expertise • build highly effective and agile processes, and • optimize products globally. The technology holding consists of two entities: ITERGO - based in several locations Germany and ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) based in 4 cities in Poland and in Berlin. ET&S S.A. was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena, leveraging the strengths and capabilities of both organizations within one entity.
