What Is Diversity Lab?

Diversity Lab creates and experiments with innovative initiatives that boost inclusion and cultivate diversity in elite law firms, and legal departments. The Lab's team of highly-regarded talent experts, data scientists, and psychologists, profiles high performers through data techniques such as Moneyball analyses. That intel is used to identify, develop, test, measure, and re-test new recruitment, advancement, and retention initiatives that cultivate diversity at the leadership level. Data, behavioral science, and design-thinking are at the core of everything the Lab does.
