What Is District?
Founded in 1996, District is an award-winning, editorially independent news organization for Savannah College of Art and Design students in Savannah. District provides volunteer opportunities for students in journalism, graphic design, Web development, professional writing and photography. District seeks to provide a fresh prospective of college news and events. It maintains its membership of the Associated Collegiate Press, and the Center for Innovation in College Media thereby increasing its editorial content and level of professionalism.
