Direct Access at Home is a privately-owned Medicare Part B Mental Health Provider. We work in conjunction with medical providers, home health agencies, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient rehabs and hospitals. We provide Licensed Clinical Social Workers, to meet with individuals, couples and family members in the comfort and privacy of their own home. No doctor referrals required, no home bound status. We offer Licensed Clinical Social Workers in Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, DeSoto, Highlands, Glades, Hendry, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Manatee, Okeechobee and Broward County. Our experienced clinicians offer Mental Health Services from childhood to end of life. Facility Support Program: Offers Independent Living, Long Term Care and Assisted Living environments the flexibility of having mental health services delivered directly into the building for their residents. We offer individual and group sessions to residents and supporting family members in the comfort of their living or work environment. Continuity of care can be improved by facility professionals taking advantage of our educational training and on going clinical support. Play Therapy: This service is for children and is available in our North Ft. Myers office. Our play therapists often combine, at the discretion of the patient and family, pet therapy to assist in providing the most comfortable and welcoming environment for children to engage in mental health counseling. We accept Staywell Health Insurance and private pay for these services. Home Health: Private pay home care services like Companion Care, Aide Level Care and Nursing Care. Often times these services are coupled with outpatient rehabilitation and mental health support, giving maximum opportunity for improvement or stabilization. Create custom plans and have flexibility in scheduling with our low hourly minimum of only 3 hours. Outpatient Rehabilitation: Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. We bill Medicare Part B for these services and offer them in the privacy of the home environment, eliminating barriers to access that are often associated with coordinating and receiving assistance outside of the home environment.
