The DirectEmployers employment search engine is a service provided by DirectEmployers Association, a not-for-profit leadership consortium of leading U.S. corporations. The Association\'s primary services are DirectEmployers.com, the Internet\'s only search engine dedicated exclusively to employment, JobCentral, the National Employment Network, and NACElink, a national college recruiting system developed in alliance with the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and a group of leading universities. In accordance with its corporate by-laws, the business and affairs of the Association are managed by a board of directors consisting of member company representatives. Daily operations are managed by an executive director and operations staff at the direction of the president and board of directors. Officers are elected and goals and objectives are determined by member employers at DirectEmployers Association\'s annual meeting scheduled in the fourth quarter of each year.
