How it all started.. Over 144 years ago Brenntag's founding father Philipp Mühsam starts an egg wholesale business in Berlin, that later becomes Brenntag. Having entered the chemical distribution business in 1912, Brenntag has succesfully expanded to become the world market leader in full-line chemial distribution. Today, Brenntag is headquarted in Germany and operates all over the world. Being in the industry for over a hundred years, we know exactly how to develop innovative, tailor-made solutions for various industries where chemical materials play a role.
