What Is Delicious Hospitality Group?

Based in New York City under the helm of Chef Ryan Hardy, the Delicious Hospitality Group focuses on creating memorable hospitality experiences featuring an inventive culinary style and an extraordinary wine program. The passionate team is dedicated to delivering delicious food, excellent wine, exceptional service, and a strong music line-up all in a fun, relaxed setting. After years of fine-dining experience, the team sought to create a neighborhood place they would want to dine at themselves that was serious in its approach and relaxed in its execution. They first did so in 2013 by opening Charlie Bird in NYC's SoHo neighborhood, for which they received wide acclaim. Shortly thereafter, the group expanded their idea and opened another neighborhood spot in Nolita in 2015, called Pasquale Jones, featuring wood-fired food and showcasing the team's continued dedication to a strong wine program. In 2018, seeking opportunity to grow and allow their dedicated staff to grow alongside them, the Delicious Hospitality Group ventured uptown and opened a series of experiences in Henry Hall, a residential building in the Hudson Yards neighborhood. Located on West 38th Street, Henry Hall is home to Legacy Records, an 85-seat restaurant with two private dining rooms; Easy Victor Cafe; Ada's Place, a wine and cocktail bar; and Parcelle, a retail shop with on-demand wine delivery mirroring the smart, hard to access wines that are available on the restaurant wine lists. Each project by the Delicious Hospitality Group is thoughtful, approachable and cohesive.
