Davis Defense Group Revenue and Competitors

Davis Defense Group was founded by Doug Davis in 2002. Doug had retired from civil service after a 25-year career, during which he served as Program Manager for several Marine Corps programs, including the Medium Tactical Vehicle, numerous types of infantry equipment and an assortment of CBRN capabilities. In 1998, Doug transitioned into Business Development for the private sector, where he continued to pull in millions of dollars in Government business. In 2002, an opportunity to provide field kitchens to the Marine Corps led to the inception of Davis Defense Group. Soon thereafter, Bob Mayhew, Davis' Director of Training, joined the team, and helped to mold Davis Defense into what it is today. Both Doug and Bob wanted to create an environment in which military ethics flourished, and where the customer's needs were the number one priority. Others were attracted to these basic principles as well, and in less than five years, Davis Defense has grown to over 20 people and is doing business worldwide. We offer an environment that encourages entrepreneurship and rewards results, continuing to attract employees of the caliber that has made our growth possible.
