A modern slaughterhouse based on good craftsmanshipDanePork - is an independent, privately owned slaughterhouse located midway between Vejle and Billund. We value good craftsmanship and high quality, as well as proximity to our customers and suppliers.We ensure and appreciate having close contact to our customers, with whom we jointly develop new products and packaging. Our production has great flexibility and thus a quick conversion. Our capacity allows us to service the small butcher’s shop and the large food group.DanePork was started St. Lihme, and therefore the local area is a very important place for the owner. It is important for DanePork to support the activities and initiatives that take place in the local area, and in this way help to maintain and develop the local area of which we are part.•\tThe slaughterhouse started in 1989, was EU approved in 1996, and in 2001 the slaughterhouse was approved for export to the United States and Japan.•\tOther countries we export to include Italy, China, Canada and Australia.•\tToday, DanePork currently employs approx. 185 dedicated employees, all of whom guarantee the company's high level of service and flexibility.•\tIn 2011, we changed our name from Slagtergården St. Lihme A/S to DanePork A/S.Our products is the best meat supplied by Danish farmersWe supply the highest quality meat that meets the production requirements, which enable us to supply meat all over the world. Our dry slaughter and gentle cooling ensures that the meat you buy can get a crispy crackling and you obtain a good taste experience.Flexibility, craftsmanship and qualityWe are innovative and continuously optimise our production to follow the changing needs of the customers, still never forgetting that our craftmanship must be in proper order.We have set up our production equipment so that it can be quickly adapted to all types of cuts. This means a fast delivery time for our customers.
