Dallas Group of America was established in 1989 when the co-founder of a highly successful specialty chemical company originally formed in 1959 took a core group of experienced chemists, engineers, and business executives and spun-off the ammonium chloride and synthetic magnesium silicate operations. The Dallas Group is world's premier producer of adsorbent synthetic magnesium silicate marketed under the trademark MAGNESOLr. In addition, we are proud to be the only North American based manufacturer of ammonium chloride. And, in 2003, we entered into the lignosulfonate business.
