D3 Air and Space Operations, Inc. (D3ASO) is a federally certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business (SDVOSB) founded September 11th, 2006 by Mike, Sean, and Tom Doughty. Our mission is to provide worldwide, full-service expertise to lead, manage, advise and staff complex programs and mission needs. Our team has the background, insight, and expertise necessary to execute high- visibility, high-priority, no-fail operations to Federal, State, and Private sector customers. D3ASO has extensive experience providing strategic programmatic, technical and administrative Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) supporting critical programs and systems for the United States Air Force (USAF) including Secretary of the Air Force (SAF), Headquarters Air Force (HAF), and the Air Combat Command (ACC). In recent years, we have expanded into state programs including substantial programmatic oversite of the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS), Division of State Technology (DST) MyFloridaNetwork-2 (MFN-2) conversion supporting Florida's enterprise infrastructure and providing cutting-edge security and robust network connectivity. During the last 14 years we have developed past performance rivaling much larger companies. Although a “small” business, our corporate experience includes widely varied strategic and tactical-level support and rigorous quality control. We are distinguished by our ability to integrate our outstanding professionals and resources with the best talents and technologies available. We have grown rapidly despite federal and state budgetary pressures while providing exceptional customer support.
