Earlier this year, the Countyâ??s Human Resources (HR) Department was presented with the Employer of Distinction Award by the Human Resources Professionals Association [Guelph and District Chapter]. Last year, the County was recognized nationally for having the Best Health and Wellness Strategy at the Canadian HR Awards and for being awarded as Canadaâ??s Safest Employer by Canadian Occupational Safety.
