Copier Fax Business Technologies is a WNY leader in office technology products and services. Founded in 1990 by Andrea and Al Scibetta, as a Konica Minolta dealer, Copier Fax has grown to 35 employees with locations in both Downtown Buffalo, New York and Rochester, New York. In 1997, David Scibetta joined Copier Fax Business Technologies to oversee a major expansion in the company’s technology services. This evolved Copier Fax Business Technologies from a dealership into the full service technology partner that they are known as today. Copier Fax Business Technologies recognizes the importance of providing superior customer experience and takes great pride knowing many of their clients are the same clients from their founding more than 25 years ago. Recently Konica Minolta gave Copier Fax Business Technologies top honor with the Dealer Award of Excellence. The award recognizes Copier Fax Business Technologies for social responsibility, as well as commitment to employees, customers, community, and support of non-profits. They’ve also earned Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech certification for service, eight years in a row. This award has become a powerful symbol of competence and proficiency in their industry. Copier Fax Business Technologies is the only company within 150 miles of Buffalo and Rochester to earn the distinguished Konica Minolta Pro-Tech certification for service. In August 2014, Copier Fax Business Technologies along with Konica Minolta became the “Official Technology Company of the Buffalo Sabres.” This partnership has put CFBT and Konica Minolta hardware throughout all Buffalo Sabres offices, including the Rochester Americans’ office and arena in downtown Rochester, New York. Part of this partnership was due to CFBT’s joint commitment with the Buffalo Sabres to support the growth and development of Buffalo, New York’s evolving downtown areas.
