However, the building services sector is highly fragmented, with isolated disciplines and limited collaboration. This siloed approach reduces the effectiveness of the consultancy process and prevents developers from realising the full potential of smart buildings.\n\nThe founders of Contollo are on a journey to form a new mid-sized consultancy that works with commercial developers to offer building consultancy (MEP and Cost Management), with particular expertise in smart buildings.
