Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) is a global leader in innovative new energy technologies, founded in 2011 in Ningde, China. Our main business is the manufacture and sale of lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles. In this, we were the global market leader for the fifth consecutive year in 2021. In addition, CATL is engaged in the research and development of energy storage systems and battery management systems.
