Connecticut Pharmacy is a locally owned, independent pharmacy with locations in Norwalk, New Haven, and Madison. We serve assisted living communities, schools and summer camps, group homes, hospitals and hospice groups throughout the state, as well as retail customers in our local neighborhoods. Connecticut Pharmacy LTC is a closed door, long-term care location dedicated to serving nurses in communities across Fairfield County and the lower part of the state. Connecticut Pharmacy at East Rock (formerly East Rock Pharmacy) is a combination retail and long-term care location in the East Rock neighborhood of New Haven. This pet friendly location also offers post office services. Connecticut Pharmacy and Medical supply, located in Norwalk, CT, serves the retail pharmacy needs of Lower Fairfield County and provides medical supplies to our LTC partner facilities. Connecticut Pharmacy of Madison is our newest location, servicing the local community and long-term care facilities the northeastern part of Connecticut. Connecticut Pharmacy Direct works directly with doctors to provide the right medication to patients at the best possible cost. We aim to make medication management easier so patients can maintain their independence and facilities can remain compliant with state regulations. We provide specialty packaging at no additional cost, sync medications on a monthly fill cycle and provide medical records. Our pharmacists are also available for educational programs and quarterly chart reviews. Our compounding department can create unique strengths and formulations of medications as well as flavored medications for people and pets. In addition we strive to be a presence in our community and have received awards for our dedication to volunteerism and service from organizations we support. We are members of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce and sit on boards and committees with multiple hospice groups, the Alzheimer's Association and CALA.
