Since 1999, Conewago Enterprises, Inc. has strived to be the best provider in the area of Tilt-up construction. Our focus has been to amass the expertise in house from site design to concrete construction to steel fabrication and erection to the finishing touches of insulation and painting. With our 325+ skilled craftsmen, we have developed experienced quality conscious personnel and techniques. We have constructed over three million square feet of high quality, tilt-up construction with many more projects in our schedule. However, tilt-up is not just for industrial buildings. We've used the system to build a 16,000 SF Operations Center for Community Banks and an 80,000 SF two-story medical office facility known as Hillside Medical Center, both located in Hanover. Concrete tilt-up was chosen for these facilities for its combination of aesthetic value, longevity, and cost. In recent years, the trend across the nation has been for building owners to get away from metal walls and demand more hard wall construction, i.e. brick, block, or concrete. We feel this trend will be accelerated in light of the recent security concerns and are confident that when properly designed and detailed, Conewago's tilt-up construction can be very competitive with other systems and offers many advantages.
