Condor Seed is a wholesale vegetable and herb seed production company established in 1985. We produce proprietary varieties (both hybrid and open pollinated) for many companies throughout the world. We also produce and maintain inventory on many public varieties. Contract production can be done on an experimental basis too. Our mission is to provide vegetable and herb seed for specialty wholesale and commercial grower markets; to insure that seed is grown, harvested and conditioned to the highest standards and shipped in a timely manner. - Seed is produced from selected and continually maintained stock seed. - Our own experienced production staff handles the seed production. - Most seed production fields are grown in the Western United States where the drier climate insures good seed quality. - Our trained personnel handles the seed cleaning, sizing, grading, treating, and packaging in our own facilities. - Every lot of seed which is produced or purchased by Condor Seed is planted in our quality control grow out trials to verify that the quality of the seed meets our own rigorous standards.
