Competenz helps kiwis build skills, careers and businesses. We develop national qualifications and make it easy to learn on the job. Competenz is a multi-sector Industry Training Organisation (ITO). We look after the training needs of the Communications and Media, Engineering, Food and Beverage, Forestry, Manufacturing, Plastics and Materials Manufacturing, Trades and Transport industries. Every year, we help create a more skilled New Zealand, working with over 3,500 organisations and helping over 20,000 people develop their skills on the job.
