We are commited to helping people in the Central Kootenay region who are currently operating or are about to start their own business.\r\n\r\nMission\r\n\r\nOur mission is to facilitate and/or promote activities which will enhance the economic environment of our communities through entrepreneurial development and the creation of small business initiatives.\r\n\r\nGeneral Information\r\n\r\nWe aim to:\r\n- assist existing and new small businesses in the Central Kootenay region with training, loans, counselling and resources\r\n- provide income support for eligible individuals contemplating self-employment as a career option\r\n- bring together key community partners and the region as a whole to work toward the common goal of sustainable community economic development
