What Is Command Transportation?

Command Transportation has been incorporated since 1997 and has grown at an average of 60% since its inception. With sales over $100 million in 2007, Command looks to continue to add value to both large corporations and small business ventures trying to get off the ground. Formerly known as DND Express, the company was originally owned and operated by Danny Zamost and John Cameli. In 2005 the firm was sold to Paul Loeb, an industry icon, and the entire team changed names to Command Transportation. Loeb was out of the industry for 5 years, and the former American Backhaulers owner again wanted to build a powerful, service orientated transportation industry leader. American Backhaulers was the fastest growing freight brokerage of the 80's and 90's. Please read his bio to get to know Paul. The future is bright. With ambitious goals that guide our every day, we believe our growth will continue to be attractive to both our customers and our carriers. We want to be able to offer our clients tremendous capacity, with the best service available at competitive prices. We think our carriers will only benefit as we grow as well. Currently, we are among the fastest paying brokers rated by First Advantage (formerly CompuNet) and we value the needs of the drivers and their dispatchers. Command's core values and industry experience are paving the way for a bright future.
