Colony Bankcorp, Inc. is a multi-bank holding company. Its wholly owned bank subsidiaries are Colony Bank of Fitzgerald, Colony Bank Ashburn, Colony Bank Worth, Colony Bank of Dodge County, Colony Bank Wilcox, Colony Bank Southeast and Colony Bank Quitman, FSB (the Banks). The Banks provide a full range of retail and commercial banking services for consumers and small to medium-sized businesses primarily in south Georgia. Lending and investing activities are funded primarily by deposits gathered through its retail branch office network. Lending is concentrated in agricultural, commercial and real estate loans to local borrowers. The Company has two other subsidiaries, Colony Management Services, Inc. and Georgia First Mortgage Company. Colony Management Services provides support services to each subsidiary, including loan and compliance review, internal audit and data processing. Georgia First Mortgage is engaged in residential real estate mortgage lending in the state of Georgia.
