We are a co-educational day school for children aged four to eighteen, making us a great choice for families. Our single-site makes family logistics a little easier and our broad curriculum and co-curricular programmes ensure each of your children will flourish at Cokethorpe. We are located two miles south of Witney and ten miles west of Oxford. Our rural setting provides relatively traffic-free access by car and our extensive bus network provides a parent-free option.\n\nOur pupils consistently achieve excellent GCSE and A Level results. We are in the top 8% of schools in the UK for value added. This means your child will progress further at Cokethorpe than at many other schools. We measure excellence based on individual progress and we celebrate the academic endeavours and achievements of all of our pupils.\n\nWe offer 22 GCSE subjects and 25 A Level subjects, providing a huge choice for pupils to tailor their education. Pupils are supported in making the right choices to fulfil their future ambitions. We also offer an excellent BTec Business course for students seeking a more applied route to university or with a flair for entrepreneurship.\n\nWe offer over 100 extra-curricular activities that take place throughout the school day. From origami and Russian to golf and astronomy, you cannot fail to discover new skills, knowledge, hobbies and passions.\n\nOur site covers 150 acres of beautiful Oxfordshire parkland that affords us the luxury of of space. The Junior School enjoys the character of the Mansion House and the Senior School makes excellent use of purpose built academic blocks that sit around spacious quads. It is the facilities beyond the classrooms that provide a unique experience for our pupils.
