Coastal Property Services was formed in 1989 to specialize in residential property management. Our main office is located in Tallahassee, Florida. We provide rentals and management services for over 1,500 single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadraplexes, and other apartments in Tallahassee, Florida, and management services for apartment communities including over 5,000 rentals throughout the Southeastern United States. We employ over 100 associates and our Key Personnel have earned many years of experience in the residential housing industry. Our goal is to become a national provider of management services.
