Clinicient provides web-based practice management systems for Outpatient Rehabilitation practices, giving physical therapy clinics patient scheduling, clinical documentation (EMR), billing and reporting software. Our customers access the system over the internet, allowing them to bypass the need to purchase and manage hardware and software themselves. Additionally, we offer billing services to clinics who prefer to outsource their billing. Our billing services team not only manages the billing and accounts receivables for these clients, but also offers practice management consulting to help our customers with revenue cycle management. Our technology platform is unlike anything else in the market and offers a unique combination of integrated physical therapy software, efficient business processes that have been fine tuned and perfected across hundreds of clinics across the nation, physical therapy billing experience and an unprecedented knowledge base of payer rules. We help our customers gain efficiency in their business by providing electronic medical records that are easily accessible and create a paperless environment, and give them tools to improve their cash flow by increasing their payments from insurance companies, and getting paid faster with electronic billing. Our customers range from small start-up practices to large, national organizations throughout North America. We were founded in 1999 and are based in Portland, Oregon.
