What Is Classic Carriers?
Classic Carriers, Inc. is a full service asset-based logistics provider where we take great pride in our ability to adapt our resources to the needs of our customers. We have the ability to provide drop trailers, handle fragile and time sensitive freight, and provide local cartage service. With our warehouse, we have the ability to handle distribution services for our customers, provide them with short and long term storage, and handle goods with J.I.T. capability. We also pride ourselves in our ability to provide our customers with timely service. Classic Carriers was founded in 1985 by Mr. James B. Subler. Presently, our company services all of the lower 48 states, with the majority of our service being performed in the Midwest. Classic Carriers currently operates 180 power units and 220 Air Ride equipped trailers. A number of our trailers are also equipped with logistics and e-track bars which enables them to be decked as needed and freight to be safely secured. We employ a combination of company drivers and owner operators, with a driver turnover rate of less than 25% for each of the past three years.
